Who we are

EZ Designs is the interior design practice of Elisheva Zuckerman, based in Carmei Gat, Kiryat Gat, Israel. For this website, Elisheva is the person responsible for the personal information described below.

Questions, and requests to see, correct, or delete your information, go to elisheva@ezdesigns.co.il or 052-843-1441.

What this website collects

If you send the contact form, we receive:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address, if you provide one
• the kind of help or home you select
• your message
• on the “Living abroad?” page, the place you say you are based, which is saved at the start of your message as “Based in: …”
• which page the enquiry came from (the homepage or the abroad page)

We do not ask for payment details, an account, or a password on this site. If you phone, email, or message on WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you choose to send through that service.

Why we collect it

We use these details to read your enquiry, reply to you, and, if we work together, to provide interior design services. Providing them is voluntary. If you do not include a phone number or an email address, we cannot reply.

If you are writing from outside Israel, the reason we rely on is that you asked us to respond, which is a step toward a possible contract, and our interest in answering enquiries sent to the practice.

Who receives it

These providers process information for the practice:

• Supabase stores the enquiry. That data is processed in Seoul, South Korea.
• Resend, in the United States, emails Elisheva a notification of the enquiry at elisheva@ezdesigns.co.il.
• Titan hosts that mailbox. The notification is delivered to email hosting run by Titan.
• Vercel hosts the website on its global network. Vercel also provides cookieless Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Those measurements are not used for advertising.
• jsDelivr, a content delivery network, serves the animation scripts. When your browser loads them, jsDelivr may receive your IP address.
• The typefaces are files on this website, served by Vercel with the rest of the site.

In short: enquiry records are processed by Supabase in Seoul, email notifications are processed by Resend in the United States and held in a Titan mailbox, and the website, including cookieless visit measurements, is processed by Vercel globally.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for a mailing list.

Cookies

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights work without cookies, so there is no cookie banner. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not become a project is kept for up to 24 months from the last message, then deleted. If we work together, we keep the records needed for the project and for tax, accounting, or other legal duties, and delete them when those reasons end. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner.

Your rights in Israel

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, you may ask to review the personal information we hold about you and to have it corrected. You may also ask us to delete it. Write to elisheva@ezdesigns.co.il. We will answer within 30 days.

If you are visiting from outside Israel

If you contact us from the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another country with similar rules, you may also ask us to:

• give you a copy of your information
• correct it
• delete it
• limit or stop the way we use it
• provide it in a portable form
• withdraw the consent you gave by sending the form, which does not affect a reply we have already sent

You can complain to a privacy authority. In Israel that is the Privacy Protection Authority. We will still help first if you write to us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The enquiry database is set so a visitor can submit a form but cannot read other people's enquiries. No online service is perfectly secure.

Changes

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
